Product and process training
Bulgari’s courses are designed to train their sales force and are enriched with storytelling, including non-linear simulations with multiple-choice dialogues.
The product training covers the history of Bulgari’s products, their positioning in the fashion and luxury industries and a competitors’ analysis.
The process training illustrates both the selling ceremony and the after-sales service, including soft skills needed by shop assistants to meet the customers’ expectations.
Assessment sessions are regularly delivered to test the learners’ knowledge about Bulgari’s products and processes. A minimum score is required to proceed to the following section.
